Mike Allen – Writer
I’m a writer based in Valencia, Spain. My work has won the 2019 Seán O’Faoláin International Short Story Prize and a 2018 Escalator Prize from the National Centre for Writing, and was Highly Commended for the 2026 Moth Short Story Prize. I was a 2023 Fellow at the Sozopol Fiction Seminars in Bulgaria. I’m currently working on a novella.
